Alison Andrew began her finance career in 1982 within Life Technologies Inc for its wholly owned UK subsidiary Gibco Ltd. Before leaving this company she had become responsible for consolidating five additional reporting subsidiaries within Europe for onward reporting to the U.S.

Alison moved to a promoted role within H.M.& S (a Baxter Healthcare subsidiary) where she received international recognition for making H.M. & S Ltd the most consistent, accurate and timely reporting subsidiary within the Baxter Europe Group of Companies.

Moving to Autogenics Europe Limited she was instrumental in the relocation of all financial management functions for the Company being relocated from the US to

Scotland. On the recommendation of PWC she was appointed to the post of Financial Controller in 2001. Alison successfully designed and implemented procedures and systems to facilitate accurate and timely monthly reporting at both the local and consolidated level. Alison was promoted to Director of Finance & HR in 2003 in recognition of her key role in the success of CTS.
