Operations at Controlled Therapeutics comprises Engineering, Production, Quality Control and Logistics.

Engineering

Responsible for the site including all facility, utility and equipment maintenance. Manages the calibration and validation programme.

Production

Responsible for production and packaging of market and late phase clinical product for distribution to global markets.

Quality Control

Responsible for the chemical and microbiological testing of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process product and final product. Monitors the stability of marketed and Phase III clinical product. Conducts personnel and clean room monitoring.

Logistics

Responsible for materials management and specialises in the cold chain distribution of marketed product.
