PharmaSciences Licenses Obstetric Product to Integrity Pharmaceutical
Corporation

PRUSSIA, PA, April 3, 2003 - Cytokine PharmaSciences, Inc.
(CPSI) has signed an exclusive license with Integrity Pharmaceutical
Corporation for U.S. rights to market CPSI's second-generation
cervical ripening product. Cervical ripening agents are used
as a first step in the induction of labor when a woman is
at or past her delivery date. Through the agreement, CPSI
will receive an up-front payment, milestones and royalties.
CPSI will manage all pre-NDA clinical work; Integrity will
share expenses for this work.
The cervical
ripening product was developed by CPSI's wholly-owned Scottish
subsidiary, Controlled Therapeutics (Scotland) Limited (CTS).
CTS will also manufacture and supply the product to Integrity.
