He has more than 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and was previously Plant Manager at one of Organon International's key manufacturing sites. The Manufacturing Site became recognised as an industry leader with special strengths in customer service, quality, sterile products and in packaging and distribution to a world wide market.

John has seen the development of the manufacturing operation at CTS during a period of continuous improvement. He recently managed the extensive upgrade of the E.K. facility.

John has held key positions in professional and industry bodies. He has published and presented in the fields of sterile products and pharmaceutical packing.
